Become a Community + Education Partner!

As a community ritual, the St. Michaels Farmers Market is always on the lookout for new ways to engage and welcome our community, including making a free Community + Education pop-up tent available at each market for community organizations, groups and individuals who share our passion for our beloved community.

Who: Priority will be given to nonprofits and community groups and individuals with a focus on farming, gardening, healthy cooking, healthy practices, our local ecosystem, engaging families, and getting to know our neighbors.

What: We encourage activities that engage all market-goers, including kids and families, such as demonstrations, art projects, mini-classes, story time, and more.

When: Our Community + Education pop-up partners often attend market once a month, or every few months.

Etc.: No soliciting, sales, or political activity may occur in the space. Each participant must sign a liability waiver and have a Health Department permit (if required).
